SINFUL MANAGEMENT
1. Service and License
Sinful Management provides software access, authentication, script-management features, protected content delivery, and related account or control services. Access is licensed, not sold.
Unless a different license is expressly provided with your purchase, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own authorized use during the applicable access period.
2. Accounts, Discord Authorization, and Installation IDs
Access may be associated with a Discord account, Client ID, Place ID, and a device-specific Installation ID. An Installation ID is used to identify and bind an authorized installation to the service.
You may not intentionally share, sell, lease, transfer, spoof, clone, manipulate, or bypass an Installation ID or other authorization credential in order to give an unauthorized person access. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials or installations associated with you.
We may require reactivation when an installation changes, when security information cannot be verified, or when we reasonably detect unauthorized access.
3. Authorized Use
You agree to use Sinful Management only in a manner permitted by these Terms, applicable law, and any rules that apply to the software, games, platforms, or services with which you choose to use it.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your particular use is permitted by a third-party platform. Sinful Management does not grant you permission to violate another service's rules or rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, mirror, or publicly share protected Sinful Management files or access credentials;
- attempt to defeat, bypass, disable, forge, or interfere with authentication, Installation ID binding, access controls, rate limits, revocations, security checks, or integrity protections;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, probe, or tamper with the service except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use another person's authorization, Discord identity, Client ID, token, session, or installation without permission;
- attack, overload, disrupt, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to our website, API, databases, infrastructure, Discord controls, or connected systems;
- use the service to distribute malware, steal credentials, invade privacy, commit fraud, or engage in unlawful activity;
- remove or alter ownership, copyright, security, or attribution notices contained in the service.
5. Security, Monitoring, and Enforcement
To protect the service, we may process technical security information such as Client IDs, Place IDs, Installation IDs or their cryptographic representations, session information, IP information, request metadata, security events, and authentication activity.
We may automatically rate-limit, quarantine, suspend, revoke, or refuse access when our systems detect suspected abuse, tampering, credential misuse, replay attempts, unauthorized installations, or other security risks.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse the service, abuse support or infrastructure, or attempt to circumvent a prior restriction.
Termination may invalidate active sessions, protected-file access, persistent authorization, Client IDs, or other credentials associated with the affected license. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, remain in effect.
7. Purchases, Renewals, and Refunds
Prices, license durations, included features, and renewal terms are those shown at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, access does not automatically renew.
Except where required by applicable law or where we expressly state otherwise, completed digital-service purchases are final once access or activation has been delivered. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges should be reported promptly through our official support channel for review.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not itself create a right to continued access while the dispute is being reviewed.
8. Updates and Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, files, authentication methods, security controls, compatibility, or other parts of Sinful Management. Updates may be required to continue using the service.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, executor, game, platform, or third-party dependency will remain compatible indefinitely.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, network issues, security events, software changes, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.
Status information is provided for convenience and may not reflect every individual connectivity or third-party issue.
10. Ownership
Sinful Management and its associated software, branding, website design, protected files, code, documentation, and service infrastructure remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing or using a license.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in writing. We do not promise that the service will satisfy every intended use, remain compatible with every third-party environment, or operate without interruption.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sinful Management and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost access, business interruption, third-party account actions, or third-party platform enforcement arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability arising from the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Sinful Management for the affected service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
13. Third-Party Services
Sinful Management may rely on or interact with third-party services such as Discord, hosting providers, network providers, game platforms, executors, or payment services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for changes or failures controlled by those third parties.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service, security model, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
